A Day at the Park: Cesar Chavez Park

A Port Experiences Series

The Port of San Diego is excited to present the “A Day at the Park”, a FREE family-friendly multicultural celebration at Cesar Chavez Park on the Barrio Logan Bayfront!

The celebration will feature performances by local artists and musicians, activities for kids of all ages, and opportunities to shop and eat from your favorite local vendors. 

Shuttle Pick-up Information:

Shuttles will run from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. indicated by sidewalk signage. 

• Logan Heights: Near 610 S 30th St San Diego 92123.  On the park side near the intersection of S. 30th St. and Valle Avenue 
• Barrio Logan: NE Corner of Dewey St and Newton. Near Mercado Apartments and Head Start

On-site parking will be available. 

 

Connecting Communities with San Diego Bay

This effort is part of the Port of San Diego’s new “Expanded Access Events” category under the Port’s Tidelands Activation Programs (TAP).
