Tracy Largent

Tracy Largent joined the Port of San Diego as the Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer in December 2023. She leads the Finance and Procurement Departments. Prior to joining the Port, Largent served in various finance roles for municipal water, city government, public transportation, and private sector government software. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from the University of Montana. Largent is a Certified Public Accountant, earning her certification through the California Board of Accountancy.
