Port of San Diego Getting Festive for Fifth Annual South Bay Holiday!

The Port of San Diego is excited to invite the community to celebrate this year’s South Bay Holiday! This free, family friendly event takes place at the Port Aquatic Center, located just across from Pepper Park at 3299 Port Tidelands Avenue in National City. The event is Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Guests can enjoy photos with Santa, complimentary holiday treats and refreshments, giveaways, activities, and festive music to spark the holiday spirit! For attendees looking to get in some holiday shopping, local vendors and artisans will be present with unique, handcrafted items for purchase.
“I am incredibly excited to welcome the whole community to celebrate the holiday season right here in National City at South Bay Holiday,” said Commissioner GilAnthony Ungab, National City’s appointee on the Board of Port Commissioners. “This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate as a community, support local businesses, all while showing off our beautiful Aquatic Center and waterfront.”
No RSVP is required. Free parking will be available at the Aquatic Center. A free shuttle service will also be available for attendees from the National City Public Library at 1401 National City Boulevard. The shuttle is scheduled from 4:45 p.m. until 8:05 p.m., with trips running every 15 to 20 minutes.
