Management of Coronado Cays Boat Storage Yard
The District is seeking to enter into a 5-year Operating Agreement with an experienced property manager to operate, manage and maintain an approximate 6.6 acre boat storage yard in the Coronado Cays located at 35 North Caribe Cay Blvd. The Premises are currently being used as a dry boat storage yard with about 100 boats currently stored.
